Our nation’s National Parks hold much of our country’s best natural scenery. Just about every American has visited a National Park at some point in our lives.
Here’s my list of National Parks that I’ve visited.
For the record, I do not include areas that are managed by the National Park Service but not actually designated as National Parks. Lake Mead National Recreational Area (Nevada/Arizona), Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (Utah), Valles Caldera National Preserve (New Mexico), and Mojave National Preserve (California) are examples.
